Returns and Refunds
I am happy to work with every collector until they are fully satisfied. Although I do not accept returns or exchanges, I will refund or replace your item if it arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect order. In this case, please contact Shop@JLaurynGallery.com within 30 days of receipt of your order so we can come to a resolution. Please include photos of all packing materials and damaged items to include in your email.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is accepted only if the request for cancellation is no more than 3 days from the day the order was placed. Please reach out to Shop@JLaurynGallery.com as soon as possible to cancel.
Lost Packages
If your package is not received, please contact Shop@JLaurynGallery.com within 30 days from the day you placed your order. Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international orders). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates your package was delivered.
